Everything you need to present Louderlines internally and get sign-off.
Most people who want to buy a tool like Louderlines run into the same problem. They’ve had a good look at it, they can see how it would help, and then they go back to their desk and realise they’re not quite sure what the next step is.
Who needs to approve it? Does IT need to know? What does the finance team need from me? What do I say to my manager?
This guide answers all of that. It’s written for you, the person who found Louderlines and now needs to move it forward inside your organisation.
What Louderlines does (in one paragraph)
Louderlines is a story-first marketing system that takes the hardest part of consistent marketing, knowing what to write, off your plate entirely. You receive one thoughtful question about your business by email. You reply in your own words or in the words of your organisation’s brand. Louderlines turns that reply into a newsletter, a social post, a blog update, and a profile page update, all at once. No blank page. No separate tools to manage.
It replaces your email marketing tool, your social scheduling tool, and your link-in-bio page with a single system that costs between $29 and $99 per month.
Small organisations (1–20 people)
If you work in a small company, a founder-led business, a small agency, or a team with a flat structure, this is typically the simplest possible purchase.
Who approves it
Usually, the founder, the CEO, or whoever holds the company card. In many small businesses, if you’re the marketing person, you may be able to approve it yourself.
What they need to know
Keep it short. Most founders at this size want to know two things: what does it cost, and what does it do?
Send them the one-paragraph summary above and the pricing (Starter $29/month, Pro $49/month, Business $99/month). If there’s a question about whether it overlaps with something you’re already paying for, see the ROI table at the end of this document.
Payment
Credit card or debit card, directly on the website. Start a 14-day free trial at louderlines.com, a card is required for the trial. You can cancel at any time.
How long does it take
Same day in most cases. Start the trial, confirm it works for you, and put the subscription on the company card.
Medium-sized organisations (50–500 people)
This is where most Louderlines customers sit, marketing managers, communications leads, and heads of content at companies with real internal structure.
At this size there’s usually a finance sign-off above a certain monthly spend, and IT or security may want to ask a few questions if the tool handles customer data.
Here’s what to expect and how to make it straightforward.
Who typically approves it
At the $29–$99/month price point, this is usually a direct-line manager or a department director. Most medium-sized companies have a low threshold for informal approval on software subscriptions under $100/month, a Slack message or a quick email to your manager is often enough.
If your company has a formal software approval process (a procurement portal, a helpdesk ticket, or a SaaS request form), that’s the route, but at this price it’s typically a light-touch review, not a committee decision.
What your manager needs to see
Keep it to one short email or a message. The internal messaging templates at the end of this guide have the exact wording. In brief:
- What the tool does
- What it replaces (and therefore what you’d cancel or stop paying for)
- The monthly cost
- The business case in one sentence
IT and security review
If your IT or security team needs to review a new tool, especially one that handles subscriber contact data, here’s what they typically ask for and what we have ready:
Data handling. Louderlines processes subscriber email addresses and the content you publish through the platform. It does not access your internal systems, your CRM, or any other company data beyond what you actively send through it.
GDPR compliance. Louderlines is fully GDPR-compliant and operates under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Your subscribers can unsubscribe and request deletion at any time. You can export your full subscriber list and data at any time.
Data location. Subscriber data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Full details are available in our privacy policy and DPA.
Security documentation available on request: Data Processing Agreement (DPA), Privacy Policy, data retention and deletion policy, GDPR compliance summary.
Email support@louderlines.com to request any of these documents.
Legal review
For a subscription at this price point, most medium-sized companies don’t require formal legal review. The key terms worth knowing in advance:
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No penalties, no lock-in.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. You’ll receive a reminder before any annual renewal.
- Data ownership: You own your content and your subscriber list at all times. You can export everything, at any time, for any reason.
- Terms of Service: Available at getlouderlines.com/terms-of-service
Payment process
Most medium-sized companies pay by company credit card, or by raising a purchase order through their finance team.
For credit card: subscribe directly at louderlines.com. A receipt is issued automatically every billing cycle and can be forwarded to your accounts team.
For purchase order or invoice: contact us at support@louderlines.com and we can arrange annual invoicing.
How long does it take
One to two weeks is typical, depending on how quickly your manager can approve and whether IT has any questions. The fastest path: start the 14-day free trial now (no card required), use the trial period to gather any IT or security questions, and convert to a paid subscription once approvals are in place.
Larger organisations (500+ people)
At larger organisations, the purchase process is more structured. Procurement systems, formal vendor onboarding, and security reviews are standard, not exceptional. If you work in a company of this size, here’s a realistic picture of the process and how to navigate it efficiently.
Realistic timeline
Four to eight weeks from first request to purchase. The main variables are how quickly your security and legal teams review the documentation, and whether any contract negotiation is needed.
Step-by-step process
Step 1: Internal business case. Use the one-paragraph business case template at the end of this guide. Your director or VP will likely want to know why this tool, why now, and what it replaces.
Step 2: Procurement intake. If your company uses a procurement system (Coupa, SAP Ariba, ServiceNow, or similar), this is where you raise the vendor request. You’ll need the following information about Louderlines:
- Company name: Wilson and Keys Ltd (Product: Louderlines)
- Registered address: 2 The Drive, Bettystown Cross, Drogheda, Co. Meath, Ireland
- Contact: support@louderlines.com
- Annual cost: $348 (Starter), $588 (Pro), or $1,188 (Business)
- Payment method: Credit card or annual invoice
Step 3: Security review. Your security team will want documentation. Everything listed below is available on request from support@louderlines.com:
- Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
- GDPR compliance summary
- Privacy Policy
- Data retention and deletion policy
- Subprocessor list
- Details of data storage infrastructure and location
Louderlines processes subscriber contact data (email addresses) and published content only. It does not integrate with your internal systems or access any company data beyond what you actively publish through it. It does not use your content to train AI models.
Step 4: Legal review. Full Terms of Service at getlouderlines.com/terms-of-service. For enterprise customers requiring negotiation of specific contract terms, contact us directly at support@louderlines.com.
Key terms to note: month-to-month or annual billing, cancel anytime, full data export available at any time, data ownership remains with you throughout.
Step 5: Finance approval and vendor setup. For annual subscriptions we can supply a formal invoice to your accounts payable team. Contact support@louderlines.com with your billing requirements and we’ll produce what you need.
How to start before the process completes
Start a 14-day free trial while the process runs. A card is required but reach out to us and we can activate that trial for you without the card. This lets you validate the tool works for your use case, gather any questions from IT or security teams, and walk into the procurement conversation with real evidence rather than a demo.
Internal messaging templates
Three ready-to-use templates. Adapt them to your voice, or use them as written.
Template 1: One-paragraph business case (for your manager or director)
“I’d like to subscribe to Louderlines, a content and email marketing tool at $49/month. It would replace our current approach of manually creating content for social, email, and our blog separately, a process that currently takes around [X hours] per week and produces inconsistent output. Louderlines works by prompting us with one question about the business each day, and turning our reply into a newsletter, social post, and blog update simultaneously. It replaces [list current tools: e.g. Mailchimp, Buffer, etc.] and consolidates them into one tool at lower total cost. I’ve completed a 14-day trial and it works well for our setup. Happy to walk you through it.”
Template 2: One-paragraph summary of the product (for someone who hasn’t seen it)
“Louderlines is a story-first marketing system. Instead of asking you to come up with content from scratch, it sends you one thoughtful question about your business each day. Your reply becomes a newsletter, a social media post, a blog post, and a link page update, all at once. It’s designed for businesses that need to communicate consistently but don’t have the time or the blank-page confidence to do it manually. It costs between $29 and $99 per month and replaces several separate tools. No AI writing, no templates, just your own words, distributed everywhere.”
Template 3: ROI table (for finance or a formal business case)
| Current setup | With Louderlines | |
|---|---|---|
| Email marketing tool (e.g. Mailchimp) | $X/month | Included |
| Social scheduling tool (e.g. Buffer, Hootsuite) | $X/month | Included |
| Link-in-bio page (e.g. Linktree) | $X/month | Included |
| Content creation time | ~X hours/week | ~15 min/day |
| Louderlines subscription | , | $49/month (Pro) |
| Estimated monthly saving | $[current total] − $49 |
Fill in your current tool costs. Most customers find Louderlines costs less than the tools it replaces, before counting the time saved.
