Connect your LouderLines account with 5,000+ apps using Zapier. Automatically post to social media, add subscribers to your CRM, sync with your email marketing tool, and more.
What You’ll Need
Before starting, make sure you have:
- A LouderLines account on selected paid plans
- A Zapier account (free tier works for basic automations)
- Your LouderLines API key (we’ll create this together)
Part 1: Getting Your LouderLines API Key
- Log in to your LouderLines account
- Go to Integrations in the sidebar
- Click Create Key in the API Keys section
- Enter a name like “My Zapier Integration”
- Select Live environment
- Click Create Key
- Important! Copy the key immediately – you won’t see it again
Your key looks like: ll_live_abc123xyz...
Part 2: Setting Up Zapier Triggers (Receive Events from LouderLines)
Use triggers when you want Zapier to do something when an event happens in LouderLines.
Option A: Using Webhooks by Zapier (Recommended)
This method lets LouderLines send events directly to Zapier.
Step 1: Create a New Zap
- Go to zapier.com and click Create Zap
- For the trigger, search for Webhooks by Zapier
- Select Catch Hook as the event
- Click Continue
Step 2: Get Your Webhook URL
- Zapier will show you a webhook URL like:
https://hooks.zapier.com/hooks/catch/123456/abcdef/ - Copy this URL
Step 3: Add the Webhook in LouderLines
- Go back to LouderLines → Integrations
- Click Add Webhook in the Webhooks section
- Paste the Zapier webhook URL
- Select the events you want:

- Click Create Webhook
- Save the signing secret that appears (you may need it for verification)
Step 4: Test the Connection
- Back in Zapier, click Test trigger
- In LouderLines, either:
- Click the Test button next to your webhook, OR
- Have a friend subscribe to your profile
- Zapier should receive the test data
- Click Continue to proceed with your Zap
Step 5: Add Your Action
