A guided programme built on a simple premise: you don’t need to learn marketing. You need to be asked the right questions.
Every day, Louderlines sends you one thoughtful question about your book, your story, and your creative life. You answer it honestly, in your own voice.
Write once. Build your audience. Launch your book.
Louderlines turns a book launch into a series of small, human moments,
the kind that naturally build trust, and an audience, until launch.
That's genuinely it. No dashboard to manage. No content calendar to build. No blank page to fill on your own.

Every morning, one question arrives in your inbox. It's warm, it's specific, and it's been designed to get a real answer out of you — not a polished one.

Click the button and write like you're talking to a friend. Ten minutes. Don't overthink it. The honest, slightly imperfect answer is almost always the best one.

Publish your reply across socials, blog and email to build your audience ready for launch day.
Then invite your audience back to one place to subscribe and follow you.
The questions aren’t random. Each phase is designed to build something specific: trust, curiosity, subscribers, and momentum.
By Day 30, you don’t announce your launch. You celebrate it.
1
Before you mention your book at all, you spend the first week telling your story as a writer. Why do you write? Where did it start? What does your desk look like (don’t tidy it up)? Who encouraged you? These posts do something important — they attract subscribers who are interested in you, not just the book. Those are the people who will buy it on launch day without needing much convincing.

Days 8–13 Introduce the book
By Day 8, your audience knows you. Now you introduce what you’ve been working on — not with a press release, but with the real story of where the idea came from, who it’s for, what was the hardest part to write. On Day 12 you ask a simple question: “Can I send you an early copy before it goes on sale?” That one post builds your ARC reader list and your email subscriber list at the same time. People sign up because they’re already invested.
3
Days 14–20 Build the heat
Day 16 is your cover reveal — but instead of just posting the image, you tell the story behind it. How did the design come about? Tag the designer. Tell people what you love about it. On Day 17, pre-orders go live. By now you’re not blasting a link into the void. You’re sharing something with people who’ve been following your story for two weeks. The difference is enormous. Day 19 is one of the best posts in the whole programme — you write a letter to your reader. Not a sales pitch. A real letter, to the specific person you wrote this book for. It gets shared.

Days 21–27Countdown
This is where most launches fall apart, not because authors run out of things to say, but because they run out of nerve. The countdown phase is designed to keep you steady. You share a chapter extract. You post what your early readers have said. You thank the people who helped you get the book made (they nearly always share it). And the night before launch, you write exactly how you’re feeling. Don’t overthink it. That post, more often than not, is the one people remember.

Day 28 Launch day
One question today: “It’s here. Write this live, today, as it’s happening.” Don’t draft it the night before. Don’t make it polished. Write exactly how it feels in the moment — the nerves, the excitement, the weirdness of a book you’ve been working on for years suddenly being a real thing people can hold. That energy is what your readers are waiting to feel with you. The purchase link goes out to everyone who has been following since Day 1.
6
Day 31 is often better than Day 30 — the first reader messages start arriving and you share them. People who missed launch day see real readers talking about a real book. Day 33 you take a breath: you post what you’re reading. Day 35 is your permanent “start here” post — a welcome message for every new follower who finds you from here on. It’s the post that keeps working for months after the launch is over.
Not content prompts. Not templates. The kind of questions a curious friend would ask over a long lunch, the ones that make you say something true.

My Name is Alan.
I live in the north east of Ireland with my family by the sea.
Like many creatives, I have had varied careers.
I was a BAFTA-nominated designer in a previous life, who became a marketer, and then became an award-winning children’s book writer and illustrator. Which I still am, and I adore!
I have marketed software solutions to billion-dollar global companies, art prints to my local community, and everything in between.
And it became clear to me that it was never about the tools. The tools were always unnatural, forcing you into ways of communication that quickly became a grind.
The sticking point in every organisation was always, ‘What do we write?’ ‘Where do we send it?’ ‘How often should we do it?’
I would always break it down into a simple, low-pressure system. A system that I was sure the various marketing platforms would build into their tools…
I got fed up waiting, so I eventually built it here.
Please send me any suggestions and feedback you have, as I believe we can make connecting with your audience even easier.

This app helps artists, creators, and small businesses market themselves without having to figure out what to post or learn lots of tools. You receive a friendly question by email, reply in your own words, and Louderlines turns that response into content that’s published and shared across channels like newsletters, social posts, blogs, and a personal profile page.
The focus is on conversation, consistency, and audience ownership rather than algorithms or AI-generated copy.
Totally fair, Louderlines usually replaces several tools, not adds one.
That’s exactly why this works. One question, one answer, many shares. Done!
