What data may be shared through integrations:
When an artist enables integrations, the following subscriber data may be transmitted to external platforms they have configured:
- Email address
- First name (if provided)
- Subscription preferences (frequency)
- Subscription status and dates
- Any tags assigned by the artist
How this data is shared:
- API Access: Artists can use API keys to programmatically access their subscriber list and content from external applications.
- Webhooks: When certain events occur (such as a new subscription or published content), LouderLines can automatically send data to URLs configured by the artist.
Artist responsibility:
Artists act as independent data controllers for their subscriber data. When an artist chooses to export or transmit subscriber data to third-party services through our integrations, they are responsible for:
- Ensuring they have appropriate legal basis to share subscriber data with those services
- Complying with the privacy policies and terms of the third-party platforms they use
- Informing their subscribers about how their data is used
Our role:
LouderLines acts as a data processor, transmitting data to destinations specified by the artist. We do not control how third-party platforms handle data once it leaves our systems. We secure data transmission using HTTPS encryption and cryptographic signatures, but we cannot guarantee the security practices of external services.
Your rights:
If you are a subscriber and wish to know whether your data has been shared with third-party integrations, please contact the artist you subscribed to directly. You may also exercise your rights under GDPR by contacting us, and we will coordinate with the relevant artist.
5. International Data Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including the United States. When we transfer data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
- Data Processing Agreements with all processors
- Verification that recipients maintain adequate security measures

- Provide a clear unsubscribe mechanism

10. Children’s Privacy
