1. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to LouderLines. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LouderLines platform and services (the “Service”) operated by Wilson and Keys Limited (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “LouderLines”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Definitions
- “Account” means a registered user account on the Service
- “Creator” or “Artist” means a user who creates and publishes content through the Service
- “Subscriber” or “Audience Member” means an individual who subscribes to receive a Creator’s newsletter
- “Content” means text, images, links, and other materials created or shared through the Service
- “Subscription Plan” means a paid tier of service with additional features
3. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
4. Account Registration and Security
4.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and creating a password.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary.
5. The Service
5.1 Service Description
LouderLines provides a platform for creators to:
- Answer curated questions to create newsletter content
- Build and manage email subscriber lists
- Publish and distribute newsletters to subscribers
- Create a public profile with links and content
5.2 Service Availability
We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
5.3 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify features, functionality, and pricing with reasonable notice to users.
6. Subscription Plans and Pricing
6.1 Plan Tiers
We offer the following subscription tiers:

6.2 Free Plan
The free Starter plan is subject to usage limits. We reserve the right to modify free plan features with notice.
6.3 Paid Plans
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are in Euros (€) and exclude applicable taxes.
6.4 Price Changes
We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. Price changes apply to the next billing cycle after notice is given.
7. Payment Terms
7.1 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and authorize us to charge your payment method.
7.2 Billing Cycle
- Monthly subscriptions: Billed on the same date each month
- Annual subscriptions: Billed on the same date each year
7.3 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will:
- Attempt to charge your payment method again
- Notify you by email
- Suspend access to paid features after 7 days of non-payment
- Cancel your subscription after 30 days of non-payment
7.4 Taxes
Prices exclude VAT and other applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes based on your location.
8. Cancellation Policy
8.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Your account settings (Settings → Subscription → Cancel)
- Emailing support@louderlines.com
8.2 Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You retain access to paid features until your billing period ends
- Your account will revert to the free Starter plan
- Your data, subscribers, and content will be preserved on the free plan (subject to free plan limits)
8.3 No Automatic Renewal After Cancellation
Once cancelled, your subscription will not automatically renew. You can resubscribe at any time.
9. Refund Policy
9.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of your billing period.
9.2 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions:

9.3 How to Request a Refund

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
9.5 Exceptions
Refunds may be denied if:
- You have violated these Terms
- You have exceeded plan limits significantly
- Refund request is fraudulent
9.6 EU Consumer Rights
If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. By using our Service immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you may lose this right of withdrawal upon service commencement.
10. Acceptable Use Policy
LouderLines is dedicated to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and harassment-free experience for all users, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, age, religion, or national origin. We do not tolerate harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behaviour in any form.
Be Kind and Respectful. When publishing content on LouderLines, you agree to:
- Treat fellow users, subscribers, and platform staff with respect and professionalism
- Engage constructively and courteously, even when disagreeing with others
- Refrain from publishing content that harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates others
10.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Service to:
- Create and publish original newsletter content
- Build genuine subscriber relationships
- Promote your creative work, business, or personal brand
10.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:

- Send spam or unsolicited commercial emails
- Publish content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property rights
- Share pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene content
- Promote violence, hatred, discrimination, or harassment
- Publish content harmful to minors
- Promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics
- Contains slurs, derogatory language, or rhetoric designed to demean or dehumanize
- Includes sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist, or otherwise exclusionary material
- Harasses, stalks, doxxes, or threatens harm against any person
- Glorifies or incites violence, terrorism, or self-harm
- Is sexually explicit or exploitative, particularly involving minors
- Spreads misinformation intended to cause harm
Technical Restrictions:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
- Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Interfere with the Service’s operation or infrastructure
- Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from the Service
- Circumvent usage limits or security measures
Email Compliance:
- Use purchased, rented, or scraped email lists
- Send emails to recipients who have not opted in
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Fail to honor unsubscribe requests
10.3 Enforcement
Violation of this policy may result in:
- Warning and request to remove violating content
- Temporary suspension of your account
- Permanent termination of your account
- Reporting to appropriate authorities
- Content that violates these standards may be:
- Hidden from public view pending review
- Removed from the platform with explanation provided to the creator
- Result in account suspension or permanent termination at our sole discretion
- Users who repeatedly violate these guidelines may lose access to the platform without refund for any paid services. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation and to take appropriate action to maintain a safe and respectful community.
10.4 Reporting.
If you encounter content or behaviour that violates these standards, please contact us at [your email/support link]. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

11. Content and Intellectual Property
11.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of all Content you create and publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:
- Host, display, and distribute your Content to your subscribers
- Create backups and copies for technical purposes
- Use your public profile information to promote the Service (with your permission)
11.2 License Restrictions
- We do not claim ownership of your Content.
- We will not use your data in any AI system.
- You may export your Content at any time.
11.3 Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by Wilson and Keys Limited. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.
11.4 Third-Party Content
Content from third parties (e.g., Unsplash images) is subject to their respective licenses and terms.
11.5 DMCA and Copyright
If you believe content on our Service infringes your copyright, contact legal@louderlines.com with:
- Description of the copyrighted work
- Location of the infringing content
- Your contact information
- Statement of good faith belief
- Statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury
12. Subscriber Data and Email Compliance
12.1 Subscriber Ownership
You own your subscriber list. You may export subscriber data at any time.
12.2 Email Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your emails comply with:
- CAN-SPAM Act (USA)
- GDPR (EU)
- CASL (Canada)
- Other applicable email marketing laws
12.3 Required Email Elements
All emails sent through the Service must include:
- Clear sender identification
- Valid physical postal address
- Functional unsubscribe link
- Honest subject lines
12.4 Consent Requirements
You must have proper consent (opt-in) from each subscriber before sending emails.
13. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
14. Third-Party Services
14.1 Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party services including Stripe, Unsplash, and email providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.
14.2 Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
14.3 API and Integration Services
LouderLines provides Application Programming Interface (API) access and webhook functionality to enable artists to connect their accounts with third-party automation platforms. Use of these features is subject to the following terms:
Eligibility:
API and webhook access is available only on eligible subscription plans. Features and usage limits vary by plan.
API Key Security:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys. You agree to:
- Keep API keys secure and not share them with unauthorised parties
- Use unique API keys for different integrations where practical
- Immediately revoke any API key you believe has been compromised
- Not embed API keys in publicly accessible code or repositories
LouderLines is not liable for any unauthorised access or data breach resulting from your failure to secure your API keys.
Acceptable Use:
When using our API and webhook services, you agree to:
- Comply with our rate limits and fair usage policies
- Not attempt to circumvent security measures or access data belonging to other users
- Not use the API to send spam, malware, or conduct any illegal activity
- Not resell or sublicense API access to third parties
Data Protection Obligations:
When you use integrations to export or transmit subscriber data to third-party platforms, you acknowledge that:
- You remain the data controller for your subscriber data
- You are responsible for ensuring any third-party services you use comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR
- You must have appropriate legal basis to transfer subscriber data to third parties
- You are responsible for responding to data subject requests that relate to data held by third-party services you have connected
Third-Party Platforms:
Integrations with platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Pipedream, and Integrately are provided for your convenience. These platforms are operated by independent third parties and are subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. LouderLines does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for these services.
Webhooks:
When you configure webhooks, you are directing LouderLines to transmit data to URLs you specify. You represent that:
- You have authority to receive data at the webhook endpoints you configure
- The receiving endpoints are secure and use HTTPS encryption
- You will handle received data in compliance with applicable laws
Liability:
LouderLines provides API and webhook services on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for:
- Data loss, corruption, or breaches occurring on third-party platforms
- Downtime or failures of third-party automation services
- Any damages resulting from your use of integrations
- Actions taken by third-party services after receiving data from our webhooks
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate API access for any account that violates these terms or engages in activity that threatens the security or performance of our services.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
- The results of using the Service will meet your requirements
16. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) €100
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wilson and Keys Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your Content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
18. Termination
18.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by:
- Using the account deletion feature in settings
- Emailing support@louderlines.com
18.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Fail to pay for paid services
- Have been inactive for more than 24 months
18.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service ends immediately
- We may delete your account data after 30 days
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
19. Dispute Resolution
19.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
19.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
19.3 Informal Resolution
Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact us at legal@louderlines.com to attempt informal resolution.
20. General Provisions
20.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
20.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
20.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
20.4 Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights to a successor in interest.
20.5 Notices
We may send notices to the email address associated with your account. You may send notices to legal@louderlines.com.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes:
- We will update the “Last Updated” date
- We will notify you by email at least 14 days before changes take effect
- Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance
If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
